Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
Mix the seeds, baking powder, salt and rolled oats with a spoon
Add the water, oil and flour and mix with the other ingredients. (I use an egg whip)
Cut out 2 sheets of baking paper to fit your baking tray and with a rolling pin, flatten (probably one third of) the ingredients between the 2 sheets. Remove the top sheet of paper and score to the desired size of biscuit with a pizza knife.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. (Since my oven seems to cook the back part more quickly, I turn the tray round at half time).
While the first batch is baking, I prepare the next one. The ingredients usually make 3 baking trays of biscuits.
